The form of expression way is that transducer is be back and forth of telescopic motion in the longitudinal direction. The function of booster is to fix the ultrasonic vibration system and scale up transducer output amplitude. Under the great ultrasonic energy,cutting position material is softening and melting instanly and intensity drops greatly. 

 

At this time, It is creating almost a no friction and touch surface between cutter and food when processing, due to great take advantage of high frequency ultrasonic vibration.
