PSA nitrogen generating machine is a new type of air separation equipment, taking the compressed air as raw material, taking the carbon molecular sieve as the adsorbent, and adopting the transformation adsorption technique to produce nitrogen.

Under the normal temperature and high pressure environment, it uses the different diffusing speed of nitrogen and oxygen in the carbon molecular sieve, separating nitrogen and oxygen. And the purity of nitrogen and the output can be adjusted based on customer’s requirements.

 

 

 

 

Usage:
1. Metal heating treatment: nitrogen protection bright annealed, metal powder sintering nitrogen protection, gas carburizing quench, etc.

2. Chemical Industry: mainly used for protection air, replacement air and washing air to ensure safety of production.
3. Electronic Industry: used for producing electronic parts and production line nitogen protection. 

4. Food Industry: using nitrogen protection to store vegetables, fruits, seeds and tea, etc.
5. Medical Industry: inflating the nitrogen into medicine for package and delivery.
