The control system adopts synchronous control technique. The welding time and separate welding are controlled by computer with PLC program.The input front-panel is touch screen. It is easy to operate.

1. The main engine adopts imported and famous pneumatic components; the welding power is from the air cylinder. The welding pressure can be adjusted easily.

2. There are 24 pieces of electrodes that are special-designed and are made of square column copper. They show little wear rate and can be used on multiple sides.

3. The hopper device can send cross wires one by one automatically.

The mesh pulling system controlled by Panasonnic servo-motor adopts elastic tension and opening positioning mesh, which improves the precision of mesh opening size.

 

The mesh sending system is controlled by computer. It simplifies the process that every tensile spring has to be changed when the wire diameter is different. You only need to change the pressure of welding point. Welding aperture can adjust randomly within range.
