Features:
1. Suitable applications: For labeling round, square and other shape containers of mineral water , beverages, detergents or food ,as well as industrial products.
2. Suitable containers: plastic, glass bottles or metal cans. Suitable label: OPP, BOPP, composite paper etc., package in roll.
3. By advanced servo motor and amplifer to feed label, this machine is featured with high level stability, accuracy when feed and cut the label at high speed.
4. Adopting advanced technology of adhesive dispensing, and combining with character of environmental friendly hot melt adhesive, this machine provides ideal glue dispensing performance. Glue on two ends of label only, this decreases glue consumption at maximum extent and cost down therefore.
5.Energy saving labeling solution, the machine abandons energy-intensive process -shrinking tunnel.
6.Safety protective system: When malfunctions happened such as no label, label missing, no bottle, bottle jam, abnormal temperature, insufficient air pressure , the machine automatically stops and sends alarm to operator for operation safety and machine durability.
7.Rotary positioning and labeling method ensure labeling accuracy and stability at high speed.
