Product Description

Material: 4145H alloy steel and are in accordance with API specification.
Use: Crossover sub converts and connects drill stem components in petroleum, natural gas and geology drilling work. It is used to connect the upper drilling tools and lower drilling tools during drilling operations.

Crossover sub acts for conversion and connection of drill stem components. It's used to connect lower drill tools and upper drill tools while the lower connections is not matched with the upper connections. The crossover subs are made from 4145H alloy steel, that are heat-treated according to drill collar specifications to ensure a hardness range of 285-341. Brinell. Charpy "V" notch minimum impact strength of 40 ft-lb at 700F are guaranteed one inch below the surface. It acts as connecting and change-over, deliver torque function in different types of drill tools. All connections are phosphated or coppered coating to minimize galling on initial make-up and drilling operation.
Remarks:
Type A: One crossover has one same OD.
Type B: One crossover has two sizes OD.
Type C: The connection type is left hand type.
