7)Prepration:

1. Measure your ceiling area. Lay out on the graph paper provided on the back page of this installation guide.

2. Main Runners are to be spaced 4’-0 1/4” apart and Cross Tees are spaced 2’-01/8” apart for the standard 2’x4’ lay-in panels. FIG. 1 Consult with factory representative if other than standard lighting or panels are to be used.

3. Calculate the quantities of all the components you will need. See the front page of this installation guide for proper nomenclature.

8)Installation Process:

1 Install the wall angle in the same height;

2 lift the light steel main keel with hanging pole,and adjust the keel to level;

3 Insert the hanging parts into the triangle keel,clamp the hanging parts with the light steel main keel,arrange the space of the triangle keel according to the size of the combined ceiling plates;

4 After installing the triangle keel,press the ceiling plate combination into the slot of the triangle keels;

5 Wear gloves when installing if finger printers or stains remain on the plates,please remove it off with warm water and detergent,then dry it.

9)Rators' ceiling :

With adopting one time molding technology, and high-grade aluminum 3003H24 and 3003H26 the thickness 0.3 mm -1.0 mm, and processed by special surface chrome and colored by spraying powder and coating to meet the requirements of all kinds of indoor decoration effect.

The metal ceiling was equipped with special clipper built suspended assistant carrier, and integral special suspending parts with main carrier, which is easy to assemble. The assistant carrier is molded by 0.5 mm galvanization steel strip through rolling and pressing, has the characteristics of high intension, big tension and rust resistance. The suspending parts are the special connecting parts to link main carrier and assistant carrier, punched and pressed by several procedures, which made the installation more simple, convenient and quick.
