INTRODUCTION FOR ANCIENT BOAT WOOD MOSAIC

【Materials】
Ancient Boat wood, nylon net 

Hand made materials used for Indoor decoration, using the old ship as raw material, thus owning the quality of antiseptic, moisture-proof, insects repellent, and environmental friendly.

【Construction procedure 】
1. paving on the wall: use normal decoration wood to make a basic frame, and make moisture and fire preventing treatment for the frame. Then cover the frame with a piece of wood board with the processing of moisture-proof done. Then remove the dust on the surface of wood board before paving construction. (If the material’s bottom is flat, it can be pasted straightly on the board with glue.) 

2, Preparatory work of mosaic: pre-place the mosaics on the floor before construction. Confirmed the effect after the construction Paving. For those mosaic with regular pattern, please note that the gap between products is fully consistent; for irregular ones, please adjust the overall balance and aesthetics. For example, small pieces of wood can be placed next to large pieces of wood, thin wood placed next to thick wood and so on. 

3, Adjusting the size: Mosaics can be cut to adjust the size needed. To maintain the aesthetic appearance of the product, it is recommended using a simple push-pull cutting to cut the product, or disassemble the assembly. 

4, The way to use bonding material: evenly wipe the board with constructive glue material (normal environmental-friendly emulsion or other glues for wood). Please mind the timing to pave mosaics before the glue is dry. In order to achieve a better paste results, the back of mosaics should be wiped with glue as well.

5, Paving: Usually from the top to down, and to fully compact. Use gas nail to strengthen when necessary.

 
6, Completed: Congratulations, you have successfully installed our products. 

【Warranty】 
Post-maintenance: you can use a soft brush to clean the dust on the mosaic, or a semi-dry towel to wipe the dust. After a long time, you can use vegetable oil to wipe it to make it shine again. (Maintenance is very easy)
