Structure of HDPE Large Diameter Gas and Water Extrusion Line

l  High speed, high efficiency single screw extruder is specially designed for extruding Poly Ethylene (PE) etc. material. The BM screw design implement high output, low melting temperature, good plasticization ,lower energy consumption.

l  Spiral diffluence type extrusion die is specially designed for PE extrusion. Unique design of low-pressure inclined flow passage spiral/lattice basket die head, ensures low temperature and high plasticizing extrusion of PE pipes; Special designed die core temperature control, ensures the performance of PE pipes; Multi-layer co-extrusion die offers the advantages of low cost and flexibility of layer structure with different material. It features easy adjustment and even extrusion, ensures that melting pressure and flux are uniformity, the surface of pipe is smooth and shapely.

l  Pipe marking line is extruded by smaller single screw extruder through the composited extrusion die.

l  Vacuum calibration water tank: it is equipped with two-stage vacuum system(for large diameter)advanced water recycle & high pressure cooling system, vacuum degree adjustment device and accurate water level & water temperature automatic control system. Spraying system with high intensity ensures even cooling of pipes.

l  Spray cooling water tank: Long cooling unit ensures efficiency cooling. Unique pipe line design shorten cooling length. The material is stainless steel.

l  Haul-off unit: Accurate pressure regulating system makes hauling power adjustable. Its speed can be adjusted by motor inverter. The speed can reach 12-15m/min.

l  Cutting unit: Full-hydraulic cutting unit, Flexible adjustment for saw position & cutting depth, Unique power input system, Ultra silent & enforced sucking system, Unique non-scrap cutting unit combine to make the clean cutting section for pipes of 20-630mm.

l  Control system: The use of PLC control system ensures good quality and high speed extrusion. Meanwhile, it can also make the control more accurate and easy to operate.
