Model: SRL-Z200/500 mixer unit

(1) Heat mixer: 30/42 kW, double speed motor; cool mixer: 11 kW, adopts single step motor.

(2) Inner barrel for both heat and cool mixer are all made of stainless Steel; Out barrel of heat mixer is stainless steel mirror(DOP corrosion resistance), a stainless steel hopper(diameter of 450 mm) is equipped at the top of the heat mixer.

(3) The blade of the heat mixer is stainless steal with three flakes, rotating speed of the blade is 480/960rpm; while the blade of the cool mixer is shoulder pole, rotating speed of the blade is 70 rpm.

(4) The main shaft adopts Teflon and framework type sealed

technology.

(5) Digit indicated temperature control meter. 

(6) The contactor adopts the Delixi brand.

(7) Pneumatic opening and discharging.
