The superior performance of UHMWPE pipe are as follows:
1.Wear resistance
Of the known materials, the performance of UHMWPE pipe on wear resistance is the best. It is 5 times higher than normal alloy steel, 3 times that of HDPE pipe, 4 times that of nylon. Practical experience shows that UHMWPE pipe is the most suitable wear resistant translation medium of powder and slurry.
2.Very high impact resistance
Of the existing engineering plastics, the value of the impact toughness of UHMWPE pipe is the highest. Its impact resistance is 10 times higher than HDPE pipe, 6 times that of nylon. 3.Corrosion resistance

4.Self-lubrication
UHMWPE pipe has excellent surface non-adhesion and surface smoothness due to its small friction coefficient. In normal work conditions, adhesive material is difficult to attach on the pipe.
