Belt filter press for sewage thickening and dewatering

HTAH series Belt Filter Press is an 'All-in-one' dewatering system includes Flocculation Unit, Sludge Thickener and Belt Filter Press to save a lot space and budget. It is our economical solution for sludge dewatering in small sewage treatment plants.

Sludge with a solid content of 0.5% - 5% will first be flocculated by the flocculation unit, and pre-dewatered by the sludge thickener to reduce up to 90% volume with a solid content usually 3% - 9%, and further dried by the belt filter press to achieve the final solid content about 15% - 40%.
