High strength refractory castable ceramsite is the combination of shale ceramsite , clay ceramsite or clay shale ceramsite and powder, bonding agent and additive. As we all know, because of the difference of ceramsite materials and firing process and other factors, Ceramsite particle density is different, those can float on the water are light ceramsite or will be called heavy ceramsite. According to different varieties of the ceramsite, they can be used as different kinds of high strength ceramsite refractory castable which volume density usually is 1.2~1.6 g/cm3 and drying pressure strength for 14~30MPa and operating temperature is 1100~1300℃.
