This standard applies to hoses with cotton frame used to supply pressurized acetylene, town gas, propane, butane, liquid fuel and oxygen to the devices for gas welding and cutting metals.

The sleeves are efficient in temperate and tropical climates with ambient temperatures from minus 35 to plus 70 ° C and in cold regions at temperatures from minus 55 to plus 70 ° C.

1.1. Depending on the purpose of the rubber hoses for gas welding and cutting metals are divided into the following classes:

I - for acetylene, town gas, propane and butane pressure P 6.3 kgf / cm ² (0.63 MPa)

II - for the supply of liquid fuel: petrol A-72 according to GOST 2084-77, white spirit, GOST 3134-78, kerosene or a mixture of pressure P 6.3 kgf / cm ² (0.63 MPa)

III - for the oxygen pressure P 20 kgf / cm ² (2 MPa), 40 kg / cm ² (4 MPa).
