1. Product details

The Vision Guided Sheet Gathering machine is a semi automatic collating system for the different sheet layers in the order to prepare them for the lamination process. The different sheets will be manually loaded in the correct order and tacked. The process is controlled by 4 cameras to ensure the precise alignment of the sheet. A typical contactless smart card contains the following layers:

• Overlay
• Printed Sheet front side
• Contactless inlay (typically with 3 layers)
• Printed Sheet back side
• Overlay
