The farm operates under the strictest rules of hygiene, food safety and quality assurance of HACCP.

It's been awarded with "International Award for Prestige and Quality" by the International Organisation for Quality and Management, Actualidad.

As well the farm was chosen by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as a model for education and training

of students of the School of Veterinary Medicine.
