high-pressure mud pumps is “heart” of the oil drilling equipment, the pump liner is an important component in the mud pump. Since the working circumstance is very terrible, the steel drilling pump liner is non-corrosion resistance and short of service life. During drilling under complicated formation conditions, Replace liner usually influences rate of utilized power of the drilling pump. This work is high work intensity and longstanding problem. The wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance ceramic liner, instead of metal liner, could improve the service life greatly, reduce labour intensity and drilling costs. Our cmud pump ceramic liners are made by advanced isostatic pressing technology and fired at high temperature of 1650~1720 degrees. The aluminum oxide content is 95%~99.5%. The product is mainly used in petroleum drilling and geologic exploration, especially in dreadful drilling conditions and developing ocean oil and natural gas, etc. It make service life increased by 5~10 times of metal liner, and make drilling costs decreased more than 50%.
