Any Base Transceiver Station (BTS) site needs electric power supply for it to work. The power supply to the BTS site should be highly reliable and secure to keep the mobile phone of the subscribers working all the time. Any failure to the power supply results in the loss of the signal. Especially in a country like ours where the electricity is the major issue, this factor must be highly considered.

Most of the failures in BTS sites are power related. Our system is designed in such a way that its controls the power supply of the BTS tower through a constant and dedicated monitoring to reduce the risk of downtime. It constantly monitors the batteries, UPS system, generator and mains to ensure continuity of power to the BTS. Whenever there is power outage or any fluctuation in power, then the system notifies about the issue through SMS.

This has a tremendous benefit that the engineers are informed about the nature of failure right away without any necessity to go to the site to access the situation and plan a second intervention visit to fix the issue.
