The DL-11 rubbish bin is an attractive and practical bin which adopts new pedal design and it is well received by customers from home and abroad. 

Product features:

● The whole product is made of electro-galvanized sheet, with highly anti-corrosion parameters than normal cold rolled steel sheet. And the surface of outer bin utilizes a fibre plastic wood which is a new kind of environment friendly material, with superior weatherability and aging resistant, without deformation, depigmentation or clefts after a long time of outdoor use, service life is longer than high class timber.

● The upper cover is fabricated by a drawing die set, with a much higher strength than a welding process. It also avoids the corrosion of the joint caused by welding.

● The bottom edge of the cover is folding turn edging, which makes them more durable, and also prevents the possibility of scratching the hands by the cover edge when dropping rubbish.

● To prevent any harm to the hands by a sudden close of the upper cover, a fall down damping device is added to the turning mechanism, forcing the upper cover to close slowly.

● A gentle ventilation device is designed on the rear of the product. It can maintain slow but continuous exchange flow of air between the inner barrel and  utside(but harmless to the surrounding environment), and keep a balanced air inside. This can prevent the bad odors produced by rubbish fermentation when high temperature condition after sunlight.

● The labels are anti-UV, wearproof, and lamination printed, colorful and durable, the fading ratio is 6.3% per 10 years, and service life is 15-20 years.

● A special protection device is added on the pedal for safety.

● Inner barrel can support the general truck, easily and fast on cleaning.

● Side door design is convenient for loading and unloading the inner barrel.

● Level adjustable rubber foot.

● Using the general 120liter garbage truck supported plastic bin. With more capability more convenience and more generality compared to the same kind of pedal garbage bin.

● Anti-corrosion of inner barrel: inner barrel is made of engineered plastics, it is much better than galvanized sheet in resisting the erosion from acid and alkali, and protects the case structure from rust in the same time.
