First. price and the freight charge

 

        a.  We are manufactory, so the price is the cheast.But our Moq is 2000pcs, we not sell just one piece,sorry sincerely.

 

        b.  The freight charge is  set by the DHL, UPS, FEDEX or shipping company

 

Second. before placing order

 

        a.  If your order quantity is large, please contact me because both the unit price and the freight charge is different.

 

        b. If you have your demanding on the product or the packing, please  contact me.

 

        c.  If you  have any question, please contact me.

 

        d. As to the payment, if your quantity is large, then we will make PO and PI, 30% T/T in advance, the balance should be paid before shipping.  If your quality is little and you support the Esrcow, you can pay online, if not, we can discuss the payment terms. 

 

Third, after placing order.

 

        a. if you have no question and place the order, then we will pack the product and contact the express.

 

        b. before shipping, we will offer you the tracking number and we also we give you notice about the shipping detail now and then.

 

        c. After receiving the product, pleae check the quality at once. If you receive defective items, please email us a picture of the defective part. We will deal with it immedaitely. If the product is good, please give your satisfication about the product, thank you sincerely.
