TCP series are special designed for printed circuit board of electrical devices that needs heat sink for purpose, such as High Brightness LED (Lighting and LCD Backlight Module), Power Supply, DC-to-DC Inverter, Vehicle Electronics Module, etc. The product has a more excellent thermal performance than conventional FR-4 and PP printed circuit board.

Stamping Hints
Find the best combination by adjusting temperature, dwell time and pressure to achieve the best stamping effects.
Ensure that the surface of the die is clean.
Use make-ready material to provide an even stamping pressure.
Ensure that ink on the substrate (if any) is dry before stamping
