Application

The salt-mist chamber which tests corrosion resistance ability of the product, after painting, dope, galvanization, anodic treatment, rust prevention and so on to surface treatments for various materials. It is a corrosion test method which can spray the sodium chloride solution onto coated electroplating by atomizing spurts using in the salt mist testing machine.

Chamber Structure

The inner and external shell of the chamber is made from PVC materials; corrosion resistant, shock resistant, easy launder no leakage phenomenon. The number display of high-precision temperature control instrumentation, control precision, steady. Long-term operation will not be permeated out, water airtight structure, no salt spray overflow. (optional pneumatic rod, not a gas source close cover effortless.)

Tower (or baffle) spray, salt spray evenly distributed, the settlement of the free adjustment of the nozzle without crystallization, double pressure adjustment and over-temperature protection; continuous cycle spray or optional (at the orders), excluding air compressor (such as customer needs, random configuration).
