1 Quartz crucible can be used in 1450℃, divided into transparent and opaque.Semitransparent crucible produced by arc process is the essential basis material of Large diameter monocrystalline silicon,which could be develop into large scale integrated circuit (LSI circuit).At present,some semiconductor industry developed countries in the world have already applied this kind of crucible replaced some crucible with small quartz diameter.Semitransparent crucible produced by arc process has the advantage of High purity,strong thermal resistance,large diameter,high accuracy,good insulation,energy saving,stable quality and etc.

2 No contact with HF(Hydrogen Fluoride).In high temperature, is easy to take place reactions with caustic alkali and carbonate in alkali metal .

3 K2S2O7 and KHSO4 are suitable for the flux and fusing sample of quartz crucible;Na2s207 can be flux to deal with sample after baked under 212℃.

4 Please care in using,because quartz is crisp .

5 General diluted mineral acid can be used as its cleanout fluid except HF.
