QY667 Hot & Cold Backpart Moulding Machine with Wipers

Purpose: Backpart moulding machine by cold with heel margin flaning device, general backpart moulded.

Features:

1. It has the flanging wipers, backpart moulding by cold with heel margin flaging material. Wipers have device with selective switch, and can be turn off if not required.

2. The sloping last can be operated by the operator. Adjustable clippers help to cause the fastening of the shoes uppers and last model to be from A to Z accurate. Suitable for all materials esp. for the thermoplastic material. Ensure no wrinkle & pleat in the lining.

3. The inner & outer part of the mould all can be hot, and the temperature can be adjusted freely by itself.

4. Inner & outer cooling mould all can be custom-made according to the size of last provided by the size of last provided by the customers, and the most accurate moulding effect can be obtained.

Truing-up light device can let operator know accurately the position of the station.
