Venues Advertising System is a specialized system developed to meet demands of spots gyms for multimedia publishing.

The system can integrate all the LEDs, LCDs and projectors in the gym into a system, allows centralized publishing management to build the gym’s exclusive ads and information network. The system is easy to operate and user-friendly, and will help you manage information publishing efficiently.

Functions

• It supports synchronous display of audios and videos on LEDs, LCDs and projectors.
• Multiple sectors can be set up on a screen to display ads and event information at the same time. The overlapping function can be used to integrate overlapping display of scores, event progress and players’ scores with ads.
• The system supports common media formats: video, video signals, Flash, images, texts, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, databases, virtual clocks, etc. It also has various special display effects, which can make the materials more vivid.
• Visionalized editor allows direct preview of broadcast effects and rapid adjustment. The displaying program will not be affected during edition.
• Shortcut windows are provided for generating and inserting emergency notices and ad hoc information.
• The system support automatic timing. The broadcast end automatically plays the designated program list upon power-on. The system supports sleep timing and recovery.
• Multiple cyclically displayed contents can be pre-saved in the player to realize scheduled display.
• The system supports display data recording which can accurately record the display time and rounds of each item, and supports conditioned indexing as well as export to EXCEL.
• The system supports remote control of multiple players within LAN, and all the operations can be done at the editor.
• The players require no personal watching, and automatically run after power-on.
• The system supports remote transmission of programs. When the media files are sent, the play listof mediea files will be automatically sent to the player, and the files will be automatically tested to see whether they have been modified or updated.
• The system supports remote monitoring. Contents on the remote player can be monitored in real time.
• Based on the local security modules, the system will ensure that only authorized users can modify the program.

The technology we are using can synchronize all videos via the software which is more flexible and convenient than the hardware synchronization technology, and it will also reduce your cost. 
The whole system can be established within LAN. All edit and manag operations could be done on the “Editor” software. And once the playback has been started, all “Player” software will begin to playback the videos in order, they will be synchronized automatically. 

Functions

• Open multi-screen on one computer at one time and synchronize them totally. Playback the videos on over 10 windows, all videos will be totally synchronized.
• Synchronize players on several computers in the LAN by one PC, and the time difference between each computer will be less 1/30 second. (about 1-2 video frames and which is hard to be aware of by human eye)
• No limit for video window’s count. You can create a new playback window on current computer at any time. Or add a new player computer to the LAN if you are constrained by hardware performance.
• Not only support for the normal video types like AVI and MPEG, but also for the BMP, JPEG, GIF, FLASH, and MOV files.
• Support for inserting a predefined video list for goals or the other special events, and the original video will be resumed after it finished.
• Support for the notification display during the video playback and the notify content will be overlapped on the video.
• Auto schedule function, could execute all kinds of control instructions at specified time automatically.
• Convenient operation interface, help you to easily editor and adjust the complex playlist and control the whole play procedure.
• Optional resource library module could help you to manager all video materials.
