Thin Wall Hot-dipped Galvanized Steel Pipe
1. Dia:48-630mm T:3-18mm Length:3-13m
2. Steel Material: Q195, Q235, Q345, S235/275/355, 20#, A53/106GR.B, STKR400/490, A500, ST37/44/52, IS2062/250GRADE
3. Standards: BS1387, ASTMA53/500/123-00, EN10255/10219, GB/T13912, EN39, EN ISO 1461, DIN2391, DIN 2440, IS2062, AS/NZ 4680
4.Ends: Each end of the pipe shall be furnished plain and unless otherwise specified.
5. Leak Tightness Test:
a) Online NDT (Eddy current)
b) Hydro Test
c) Ultrasonic Testing
6. Black Varnish: Tubes are uniformly varnished externally over their full lengths.
7. Zinc Coating: Average 460GM/M2, bur one side should not be less than 400GM/M2. Free from bare spots, black spots, rough, over coating, peel off or any other surface defects.
8.Threading: Check with standard ASTM A106
9. Marking: we can do online by stenciling as per this standard as per customer needs at one meter internal.
10. Packaging: in bundles with steel strips, seaworthy packing as per customer's requirements
11. Mill Test Certificate: we can issue a MTC, certifying that the tubes supplied comply with ASTM A106 standard.
12. Applications:civil construction, petrochemical industry, light industry, mainly liquid transferring, mechanical parts Etc
