this XZM series 300-1200mm Vertical pipe machine is a full-automatic concrete pipes production line. with its advantages of  higher efficiency, lower running cost, environment friendly, high degree of automatizition, it is more and more popular around the customers.

Features:
1. 50% higher efficiency. this machine is capable to make two pipe of 300-800mm a time, the output per hour is about 12 pieces of 2.5 meter long pipes; for the diameter 1000-1200mm, the average output i about 5 pcs of 2.5 meter pipes per hour.

2. 30% lower running cost, this machine can save about 30% of the runing cost of the plant compared with the traditonal wet spun machine in the steam curing,  labor, raw materials.

3. 30% lower the investment cost.  this vertical pipe machine dont need the Gantry crane and rail tracks in the workshop, we will use a special forklift to transport pipes, which helps customer save the crane equipment invest, Crane installation charges, and rail track cost.
