This machine group integrates mixing, magnetic separating, grinding, manual (or computer) ingredient mixing, pellet lifting, cooling and screening, output packing, deflating and dust removing as a whole. Operating situations are shown by electric cabinet analog. It is of steel frame structure. the capacity per year is 5000--40000tonners.the power according to customers' requirement .the process flow is sequential and reasonable ,the performace is good.structure is compact ,the floor area is small,energy consumption is low and the efficience is high,It can make the pellets from the many kind of crops, it is usually used for big feed factory.
