Recessed Chamber PP Filter Press:
We manufacture Recessed-plate filter presses (also known as CHAMBER FILTER PRESSES) which are among the oldest types of dewatering devices and can produce the highest cake solids concentration of any mechanical dewatering equipment.

The range consist of FILTER PRESSES side bar type from 355mm x 355mm to 1200mm x 1200mm with operating pressures up to 16 bar. The closing device can be either Manual , Hand hydraulic or Electro hydraulic unit. Complete Automatic Filter Presses are available from size 800m onwards with operating pressures ranges from 5 to 16 bar.

Optionally available with belt conveyors for cake transportation, drip trays made of PPFRP / SS and with auto Pick & Place type plate shifting arrangement. Also available in auto cake discharge with cake vibrating arrangement. PLC System is also optionally available.
