Product Description
Waste emulsified cutting fluid, produced in the process of production, is a kind of hazardous waste which is prohibitted to discharge optionally by the relevant laws. The traditional practice is to ask the local Municipal Hazardous Waste Collection & Disposal Center to dispose it, paying a lot of cash by weight. The WASTE LUBRICATING OIL REGENERATION EQUIPMENT(MX-VMRE), a kind of innovative device, is developed and manufactured to handle most of the waste lubricating oil. To the waste emulsified cutting fluid, the permeate, accounting for about 80% of the total, can be discharged into the municipal drainage system after mixed with user's own sewage treatment facilities. Only 20% of the total wsate cutting fluid, called the concentrate, need to be paied for the disposal fee by the user. In this way, the enterprise can realize significant cost savings.
Membrane is a kind of working mediums for solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation. Certain substances can permeate the membrane under pressure and others can be intercepted. Thus the feed liquor is separated. if necessary, molecular level of membrane separation is available.
The technical advantages of our company are embodied in two aspects: one is about the hydrophobic and oleophilic membrane, the other is about the high-frequency vibration of the membrane module to resolve membrane fouling of the traditional membrane separation technology.
