Dewar flask with longer heat insulation time, sealing soft cover and equipped with heat preserving case, the temperature of the sample pipe can be maintained. The instrument is also optionally equipped with a siphon system which will automatically add liquid nitrogen when the liquid level temperature drops.
High-precision Sensor
The instrument is equipped with a built in high-precision resistance sensor and a Pirani-gauge sensor, which can detect pressure from 1*10-6 Pa to 2*105 Pa, so that the mesopore and micropore adsorption and desorption can be analyzed completely.
Cold Trap Filtering Device
FINESORB-3020 analyzer is equipped with a cold trap filtering device. It uses liquid nitrogen or the mixed solution of liquid nitrogen and isopropanol as cold trap pool, so that the vacuum degree can be enhanced.

Off-line Degassing Station
This equipment can make preparation for specific surface and pore capacity analysis for multiple sets of sample. Usually the pollutants such as the steam and adsorbed gas are removed from the sample surface or pore by using following gas or vacuum in combination of heating device. The accuracy of the specific surface and pore capacity analysis data largely depends on the clean degree of the sample surface.
The common preprocessing equipments can use inert gases like helium, nitrogen and argon or vacuum atmosphere. Off-line degassing station can support 6 paths of sample degassing.
LN2 Storage and Transmission
Liquid nitrogen requires special containers to store. The common capacity of containers for laboratory use has several sizes ranging from 10 L to 100L. Customers can choose the liquid nitrogen tank with proper capacity according to the laboratory’s use frequency,
Liquid Nitrogen Siphon Equipment

Reference materials
Usually reference materials are required for test to verify the instrument’s performance in china, GBW (E) 130275-GWE (E) 130279 standard substances are used for verifying the specific surface. Internationally, standard substances of NIST are used.
During the actual usage, some substances which have been tested by different authorities will be used for reference, such as white carbon black, molecule sieve, crystal ball and active carbon, etc.
Vacuum Pump
During usage, the instrument requires equipping sliding vane rotary vacuum pump and molecular pump and molecule pump, The vacuum pump performance is directly related to the vacuum pump. During purchase, pump is an item of the list; customers can choose the appropriate pump according to their needs. Ultrahigh vacuum
Take the optional micro molecular pump as a secondary pump, which can increase the vacuum system to high vacuum. Equipped with Pirani vacuum gauge, the micropore measurement can be performed or the krypton can be used for specific surface analysis.

Software Overview
FINESORB-3020 software is based on Windows interface. The software interfaces are simple, clear and easy operation. By using the software, we can set the adsorbate and sample parameters, control the degassing station and analysis station, and control the automatic completion of adsorptions and desorptions. Via the software, we can also view the data after test, generate reports and then print, edit and cut the reports, and export the data to a txt file, which is easy for interaction with the softwares like ORIGIN.
