Product Description

 60t/h CFBC boiler’s designing is according to CFBC, matching turbo-generating set and matching steam turbine for starting and operation with cyclone separator for material circulation and balanced ventilation.

Because of adoption of new CFBC technology, the structure is simple and compact, similar to structure of pulverized coal fired boiler. The boiler proper is comprised of combustion equipment, coal feeder, water-cooling system, and high temperature cyclone separator, super heater, air heater, steel structure, stairs and furnace walls.
Between furnace and convection draft, there are 2 sets of ID 3.4m cyclone separator, whose shall be made of 8mm steel. The upper of it is sophisticated form; the lower of it is cone-shape. There are anti-wear and anti-fire layer in flue gas part, between steel and above layer, there is keep-warm material with nail and plate to fix. The convection part between sophisticated form and cone-shape, there is supporting device on the steel beam.
The loopback device uses auto-balanced J type loopback material valve, whose features are that automatically set up material sealing after starting of the boiler, when adding air, it can realize materials’ automatically circulation. 
In the tail draft, there are economizers superheaters of both low and high temperature and air pre-heater. In superheater system, there is spry water desuperheater between them.
This boiler uses two steps air: primary air come to furnace from WC wind box and head, secondary air comes to furnace from front and wear side of the combustion chamber. There are 3 feeding coal points, and limestone can be through the feeding coal device into furnace.
At the bottom of furnace, there is WC wind chamber. There are 2 sets to starting fire device by light diesel. 
In about 900℃ bed, fuel, air and limestone can mix in furnace dense region. The coal discharging the heat in fluidized form and materials, flue gas and WC wall heating surface could change heat with each other. The limestone transformed into CaO and CO2, CaO+ SO2→ CaSO4. So reach the desulfurizing in the furnace. The flue gas come out with 139℃ discharging outside the boiler proper. The solid would return to the furnace to realize circulation.  
The center nominal height of drum is 27550mm. the depth of front and rear pillar is 13100mm with width 7100mm between them.
Steam and water circulation system includes rear economizer, drum, heating surface, WC wall and convection draft superheater. 
This boiler uses single main line, which could be divided into 2 ways, one way to spray desuperheater, the other to inlet header of economizer with 2 pipes to adjust the load.
The water came firstly from inlet header of economizer, then passes low-temperature economizer tube tank, after heating, goes into middle header, then goes into high-temperature economizer tube tank, then passes outlet header of economizer, at last goes into drum. Between drum and inlet header of low-temperature economizer, there is tubes to realize circulation for economizer.
The steam and water circulation system includes drum, down comer, WC wall, tubes.

The water forms into mixture between water and steam, absorbed heat by WC wall. The mixture came into upper header and passes tubes to drum. When the mixtures in drum water and steam could be divided, and water retakes part in circulation, but steam goes into superheater system.
The steam goes into inlet header of low-temperature superheater from drum. The steam passes low-temperature superheater to get heat, the goes to outlet header, then comes into spray desuperheater, then goes into inlet header of high-temperature superheater, after getting heat by heating surface to 485℃, goes into hanging header, finally to the outlet header of high-temperature superheater.

There are 2 step crushing device according to the particle size, after the last step of crushing device, the coal should be line with requirement for furnace to burn.
In front of furnace, there are 3 feeding coal devices according to the load of boiler, whose ability has auxiliary volume of 75%, 2 sets of feeding coal device can make sure 100% coal load.
Bed assembly is water-cooled type, and heat preservation concrete and anti-fire concrete are filled in the gaps between air nozzles above the bed. Air is comprised of primary air and secondary air, and the ratio is 60:40, primary air gets in from rear part of oil burner, and gets into combustion chamber from pores in the air nozzles of bed. Secondary air is sent from upper part of bed。
The boiler adopts technology of water-cooling bed and oil firing under bed with oil pistol. Burn oil pistol under the bed, then mixed with cold air to be high temperature gas, and then gets into air box to heating material. Early stage of firing is to preheat boiler proper, then increase temperature according to temperature of material layer. Oil pressure is about 2.5MPa, oil quantity is 80~200Kg/h, light diesel oil adopted. Oil pistol is atomized mechanically. It is advised that fix expansion vent of water-cooling air box in the primary gas duct. Sweeping Medium pressure: 0.8~1.2MPa. Before starting fire, the bed should be with thickness of 400mm, the particle size is 0~3mm. When reaching 500~550℃, begin to reduce the coal, when reaching 900℃, we can ceasefire. 
Boiler smoke ventilation system
Balanced ventilation boiler furnace pressure zero set in the furnace exit. Circulation of materials within the circulating fluidized bed by the blower (including one or two fans), the Roots blower and induced draft fan to maintain. Ash recycling system

Slag and ash system
Coal ash comes from the furnace to the lower end of the fly ash and discharge out of boiler. According to coal particle size, coal ash characteristics of different types of ash share will be different. As to design of this boiler coal and coal into the furnace size, the bottom ash residue of the total volume of 40%; fly ash accounting for 60% of the total.Three of the boilers were set residue discharge port, located in the lower chamber, put the heat-resistant steel tube with residue; can be connected to the slag cooling conveyer.
