1. Connect the gas pipe and plug in the machine.

2. Set the temperature(190°C—210°C)and press the heating button.

3. Load the bronzing paper up to the machine, pull out one side of the paper and wind it on the plastic axes on another side, press the paper rewind button gently to make the paper flat.

4. Place the album on table and draw back the binding board, use the button to press the album fast.

5. Press deflating button, make the deflating heard touch the album exactly and push it slowly along the edge. Deflate another side when one side is deflated, shut off the machine when deflating is finished.

6. Use a soft cloth to wipe up the album, press the rise-fall button to make the lacquer bar down, push the plastic head aside the album and turn on the bronzing button to adjust the plastic right beside the edge. While the plastic head reach one end of the album, turn on the reverse switch and let the wheel go back. When it reach the other end, press bronzing button again to have the plastic head rebounded, rip off the bronzing paper, press and take out the album. If better quality is needed, spread bronzing glue onside before bronzing.

 7. Switch off the heating button, 20 minutes later when the temperature falls to about 50°C, shut off the power.

 Attentions:

1. Be sure the fan is turned off 20 minutes after the heating switch was shut off.

2. Power can not be cut off suddenly when the machine is working.

3. Plastic head can not be hurt by heart things.

 4. Set the pressure of paper pressing and plastic wheel to be about 0.3

5. On bronzing process the speed of plastic wheel can be set to the slowest one, contrarily fastest speed is recommended by cooling process.

6. Deflating head can be adjusted, deflate the album gradually and slowly.

7. Power 220V, 1500W.
