General characteristics

The PDA Infrared Communication Module is widely used for electric energy meter data reading and collection.

The main function of this product is to realize the function of photoelectric signal conversion, and then transfer the TTL signal to PDA device via the specially required signal interface to complete the whole signal transmission process. 

It communicates with those infrared devices such as electric energy meters, heat meters, etc, which have infrared emission and receiving tube, through the built-in corresponding tube. 

It is integrated in PDA device, it make PDA device and electricity energy meter, electric meters reading collector, etc for infrared communication.

How to use
Firstly, the module is integrated in PDA device, then make PDA device’s infrared communication window aim at infrared device‘s infrared communication window, adjust the window orientation and position of each other, after that the module can complete the whole infrared data transmission process by the meter reading software of PDA device.
