Application of technical information
Pressure suction method
HP-COOL can use alone or with softener and resin:
30 - 100g/l HP-COOL
10 - 30g/l UND (if necessary)
Pressure suction bath pH value slightly acidic (6-7)
Pressure suction rate depends on type of fiber
100 - 110 ℃x2 - 3 minutes drying or treatment of resin processing conditions. also can treatment under the stereotype conditions:
180 - 195 ℃, 45 - 90 seconds
Exhaustion method
3 – 10% HP-COOL
pH 6-7, 40 – 50℃x20minutes
