Blockboard made by the two veneer intermediate with gluing pressure splicing board. Blockboard gluing veneer on both sides of the total thickness of more than 3mm. Various Blockboard corner defect less than 5mm in nominal width within the format, the length is less than 20mm. the intermediate planks are made from high quality natural wood side after heat treatment (i.e. the drying room drying) later processed into certain specifications wood batten by splicing board machine. Both sides of splicing board covered with 2 layers of quality veneer, and then by cold and hot pressing machine glue pressed into.

Blockboard dimensionally stable, not easily deformed, effectively overcome the anisotropy of wood, with high transverse strength, due to the strict compliance with the principle of symmetry groups blanks, to avoid the plate warpage.Blockboard board a beautiful, large-format, easy to use. Blockboard is mainly used for furniture manufacturing, door, wallboard etc.
