Hexagonal gabion wire mesh

Gabion baskets is the gabion which is woven by the hexagonal mesh, the diameter' thickness depends on the mesh size. The diameter is between 2.0mm to 4.0mm, if the material is zinc coated. While the diameter will be 3.0mm to 4.5mm if the material is PVC-coated. The selvage wire diameter is usually one gauge thicker than the body wire diameter.

Galvanizing:

 Electro-galvanized before woven(zinc 8-12g/m2)

 Elctro-galvanized after woven

 Hot-dipped galvanized before woven(zinc 40g/m2 or more)

 Hot-dipped galvanized after woven

 Heavy Galvanized gabion box(zinc 200g/m2 or more)

 PVC coated after galvanized and welded, PVC thickness:0.3-0.5mm
