Brief instruction

It is conformed to GB17467-1998 "High and low voltage pre-installed transformer sub-station" and the standard IEC1330.

As a new power distributing devices, it has many advantages comparing to the old styles. It is small, compact, and easy to move. Then the construction period, area and investment could be largely reduced. Since it is easy to install, and put into use, and maintain and no need to be supervised, especially is could go into the charge center. These features are very important for improving the power supply, decreasing power loss, and increasing the reliability of power supply and upgrading the power network.

It is composed with high voltage cabinet, low voltage distribution panel, distribution transformer, and shell. High voltage is airy charging switch;

Transformer is dry transformer or oil immersed transformer. The box is with good ventilation system, good appearance. It is insulated form heat. Since there is the air passage in the box, the heating impact from sunshine outdoors on the transformer box and high and low voltage cabinet could be reduced in minimum. In the box, a switch and device to control the ventilation system will be installed. Each unit is perfect control, protection, electrical indictors and lighting system.

Design features of product

♦ Outer casings have many features such as firm structure, good heat-insulating and ventilating performance, dust-proof, preventing small animal from entering, moisture-proof, beautiful appearance and convenient for maintenance etc. The material of outer casings has multiple options such as aluminum alloy plate, steel plate, composite plate, stainless steel plate and non-metal material (glass-fiber cement) etc.

♦ High-voltage side usually can be adopted load switch for vacuum circuit breaker and has extensive functions for preventing false operation. You can adopt oil-immersed transformer, omniseal transformer or dry-type transformer if you want to select and configure looped network switch equipment such as XGN20-12L sulfur hexafluoride looped network cabinet, HXGN15A or HGXN17 etc.

♦ Substation has perfect protective property, easy handiness and high or low-voltage for your selection. Substation can be configured by automatic no-power compensation equipment according to requirements of user.

♦ Top cover of case body is designed to two-layer structure whose layers are filled with foamed plastics and has good heat-insulating function. There is individual cap plate designed inside high or low voltage chamber. There are anti-condensation and automatic temperature controlled monitoring, heating and cooling equipments installed inside transformer chamber.

♦ Case body adopts natural ventilation or you can additionally install ventilation equipment. There is a dust-proof equipment installed on place where is outside of door plate and lateral plate and opposite to location of window shutter.
