Product Description

Yeast extract is natural soluble paste or powder, which is made from fresh yeast latex via autolysis, hydrolysis, separation, concentration and other modern high-tech bio-refined processes. According to the provisions of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the product is rich in complete protein, balanced essential amino acid, B vitamins, nucleotides, microelements etc which makes it the most ideal raw material for biological medium and fermentation industry. It equals to 8 times of yeast which can highly increase the survival rate and reproduction rate of the strain, consequently improve the quality and yield of fermentation.
