Process description

Limitation: use the supersaturated workpiece heating vacuum heat treatment furnace to lower aging temperature (340 + / 5 ℃), because of the supersaturated state is not stable, extra beryllium atomic short-range diffusion and precipitation, the heat preservation for 2-3 hours, precipitate excess and beryllium copper will reach balance, obviously improve the mechanical properties at this time.
