Steel grating is made by the world first-class equipment,which can arrange the bearing bar and cross bar in longitude and latitude order to certain distance.cross bar is pressed into the bearing bar by high tension resistance welding ring which is controlled by computer. The material of steel grating is mainly Carbon steel Q235, and the surface is hot dip galvanized, which can prevent the grating from oxidation,  also we can make it in stainless steel 304/316. The steel bar grating has the advantage of ventilation, good lighting,  anti-slip, explosion-proof, etc. we can can produce high quality gratings with firm welding,smooth surface and high strength.

 

1) material:carbon steel or stainless steel

 

2) cross bar pitches:maybe 24-200mm,of which 50mm,76mm and 100mm are recommended.

4) Surface process of gratings: there are three types:hot-dipped galvanized ,electro-galvanized and spraying brushing and soaking.anti-acid and alkali corrosion capacity the range PH6 to PH12.5,a stable protective film will be formed on the zinc surface.it has good anti-corrosive property.

 

5) Packing conditions of steel grating:normally packed in pilling up ways with two pieces of square wood on both upperand bottom sides.there are four or six pieces of M10 long bolt penetrading the gratings and screwing together.it is suitable for loading and unloading by fork-lift and crane.

There are normally 4 types(T1, T2, T3, T4) of stair treads. It’s divided by if there is  nosing or fixed by welding.

T1 is stair tread without nosing and fixed by welding, T2 is stair tread without nosing and fixed by bolts. T3 is stair tread with nosing and fixed by welding. T4 is stair tread with nosing and fixed by bolts. The length and width can be made as customer’s need, then it can be adapted to different step ladder. We can also recommend sizes to customers.

 

 

Our company produces steel ladders with guardrail, which are made of grating treads. When specifying the steel ladders, pls refer to the national standard construction drawing 87J432. According to whether the nosings are to be used and the methods of mounting to stringers, stair treads are classified into four types: T1, T2, T3, T4.
