General products return requirements:

1.Please contact with us in 5days after you receive the goods if you find any quality problems. Return or exchange is acceptable for the problems products.

2.Please confirm that you have bought the right products when make purchasing. If you make mistakes when purchasing, then we will charge you 15% return poundage (Special products are non-refund or exchange).

3.If the undeserved damage is caused due to personal reasons, we don't accept return or exchange. Any unreasonable return is not acceptable after receive the goods.

Print head return requirements:

All our print heads are high-precision commodity and brand new, any improper operation or substandard supporting products will damage the print heads. So after receiving the goods, please first confirm print head model and specifications, any problem, please contact with our sales staff as soon as possible. Any problem after the print heads are installed and used will be non-refundable.

We have the certificate of qualified SK-4 ink. (don't worry about our quality)
