Brief Introduction

YA series circular vibrating screen is a multilayer, high-efficient screening machine for classification, separation, grading. It is widely used in chemical, coal dressing, 
mineral ore dressing, building material, hydropower, light, construction industries, etc

 

Main Features

l Vibrating screen outer side plate bending using block pattern, tube beam and side panels connected with high strength bolts, machine without welding, structural stiffness and strength very good.

l The machine utilizes eccentric block as exciting force  

l Large separation sizes up to approx. 100 mm 

l Flexible Coupling

l Side plate’s material is Q235A or Q245A, thickness can be 8~10 mm.

l The screen clothing can be woven wire mesh, perforated plate, rubber sheet, polyurethane plate or else, that depends on the material and customer requirements.

Why we are superior

• Vibrating screen side plate is made of whole steel plate, it can achieve ±0.1mm positional accuracy with the help of CNC flame cutting machine. So our screen box have superior assemble precision.
• All rivet holes and bolt holes are drilled at a time, precision error is less than 0.01mm. Holes are processed by mobile CNC drilling machine.
• Axiality error of vibrating screen is no more than 0.015mm. Because our numerical control milling andboring machine can bore mounting hole in 360-degree direction.
