Properties:Sodium chlorate is a white or yellowish crystal;the proporition thereof is2.49 and the melting point is 248 to 261^oC;it is salty and cool;Sodium chlorate is extremely hygroscopic,soluble in water and sloightlysoluble in alcohol;while being heated to 300^oC and above,it is easyto decompose and then release oxygen.Inaddition,it has afunction of strongoxidizing in acid solution.

Sodium chlorate is mainly used for manufacturing chlorine dioxide,sodium chlorite,and other chlorate and perchlorate,Meanwhile,it is also used in the bleached  paper pulp of the papermaking industry,the herbicide ,

theoxidizing agent ,the dye printing ,the tanning ,the medicine,the metallurgy andthe mineral processing ,etc

Sodium Chlorate is packed in 25kgs,50kgs woven bags lined with PE liner or 1000kgs Jumbo bags or as request.

20-25MT will be loaded in per 20’FCL container.

 

5. Attention and Storage:

Sodium chlorate comes in dust, spray and granule formulations. There is a risk of fire and explosion in dry mixtures with other substances, especially organic materials, that is other herbicides, sulfur, phosphorus, powdered metals, strong acids. Particularly when mixed with sugar it has explosive properties. If accidentally mixed with one of these substances it should not be stored in human dwellings.
