Mattresses, like gabions, are wire fabric containers,Mattresses are relatively small in height in relation to the lateral dimension of a gabion and are generally used for channel linings. Weaven’s gabions and mattresses are manufactured from weave wire mesh or welded wire mesh and assembled with binding wire or our preformed spiral binder (3" pitch). We s est the use of pre-formed stiffeners at each exposed face of the gabion.

Gabions and mattresses may be purchased as as assembled baskets, as unassembled panels, or in rollstock form. Rollstock may utilized to build continuous gabion structures up to 300 feet in length or mattresses up to 150' in length. （WEAVEN METAL MESH）
