Product Description

The calibration ring gauges are the basic gauges in the industry of machine building for size transmission of holes. They can work as masters for inside diameter measuring heads and mechanical indicators.

Features of Model QSN

1. Available from 3 to 250 mm. special gauges for deeper holes (250 to 300 mm) can be also ordered.

2. Material: It is generally made of bearing steel or the material with an equal linear expansion factor of gauge blocks. The surface hardness should be over 700 HV (or 60 HRC).

3. Surface roughness: The upper and lower end faces Ra value of the rings of grades1, 2 and 3 should not be bigger than 0.4 micrometer and that of grade 4 and 5 should not be bigger than 1.6 micrometer.
