Soft Feeling Coating for Silicone

Silicone Matt Varnishing PT-0455  

 

              PT-0455 single component, milk white appearance, cured at high temperature (180~220°C). Characterized by smooth feeling, friction resisting, dust proof , well Covering power and adhesive power .

                           

Application Ratio:

Feeling agent(ink):     100g

Mixer(catalyst):       2~3g

Thinner:           300~500g

 

Using Method:

1. Pick out appropriate ink into a cleaning barrel, mixed with catalyst thoroughly

2. Thoroughly mixed for three to five times with thinner (Toluene, White Gas or Dimethylbenzene ).

3. About 5-10min mixing

4. Filtrating with 300 mesh filter screen for twice before spraying.

5. Max 12hours working time for mixed ink.

6. Keeping 22°C working temperature

 

Baking method:

   A.Oven:Baking at 180°C for 20 minutes.

   B.IR strip: Baking at constant temperature 200°C for 7 minutes

Attentions:

1. This agent including volatile solvent, please keep ventilating and far away from heat and open flame.

2. Avoid skin contact for a long time and vapor inhalation

3. Washing with soap once skin contact.

 

Storage:

Stored at room temperature for 6 months with any mixing.
