Compared to the conventional composite hoses, our cryogenic composite hoses are twice the pressure capacity and they are designed of unique hose construction, suitable for conveying marine low temperature LNG as well as other gases.

Construction:

 

Cryogenic composite hose construction

Inner and outer wire are made of 316 stainless steel.

Liner is constructed of combination of polyester and polyamide.

The main body is multiple layers of low temperature thermoplastic fabrics films.

Its cover is polyester fabric cover. It can offer extra protection and insulation for rope lagging.

Technical characteristics:

Temperature: -200°C to +80°C

The length can be standard and it also can be cut, or coupled to the individual requirements of customer.

Applications:

Cryogenic composite hose is designed for transferring or handling a wide range of low temperature fluids including butadiene, butane and propane mixture, LNG (liquefied natural gas) and LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), and liquid nitrogen.
