1. For oil stain on surface, you can wash it  with warm washing water , below 80 degrees Celsius . If tough stains ,you can use a little vinegar ,then wash it, no detergen
2.For scratches  on surface, you can polished it with  toothpaste.
3.Please be gently to the Bone china when you clear it to avoid scratches porcelain.
4. Please don't put the Bone China into microwave oven if  it don't identificated that microwave oven can be used.
5.Please don't  immerse heating tablewareinto cold water, rapid temperature change will damage the porcelain.
