Worm gear sector blind flange valve

Structure features 

The vale belongs to short series, the valve body is with expansion joint. Rotating two hand wheels respectively to finish operation.

　The valve consists of left valve body, middle valve body, right valve, sector blind flange, screw nut auxiliary, stainless steel compensator, two Nos. of worm gear drive mechanisms and so on. It is connected to be a whole by three pieces of screw rods, and three valves are fixed on the base seat respectively to constitute a rigid structure. The middle valve body and right valve body are coupled with stainless steel expansion pipes. The left and middle valve bodies are coupled with three pieces of screw rods with left-right trapezoidal thread on both sides respectively, three pieces of screw rods rotate forward (or reversely) at the same time, and then left and middle valve bodies can be compressed tightly (or separated). The top screw rod of the three sets with blind flange in the middle, and the blind flange rotates around the axes. The lower two pieces of screw rods set with blind flange located block at the same position, it can prevent blind flange drifting when the blind flange rotates, and avoid sealing ring bruised. One piece of them sets with worm gear drive mechanism, the the valve body can be loosened and clamped. 

Applicable scope

It is widely applied for gas medium management system of industrial and mining enterprises, municipal administration, environmental protection, etc., especially applied for absolute cut-off of the harmful, poisonous and flammable gases. It is also suitable to be used as the blind flange in pipeline terminal to shorten maintenance time or be convenient to connected new pipelines.
