Technical requirements 

1The equipment is manufactured, tested and accepted as per the technical condition of Steel Weld Ordinary Pressure Vessel JB/T4735-1997.

2Welding adopts electric weld, and welding rod model: E4303.

3Weld joint type and size, unless otherwise noted, are both as per GB/T985.1-2008, flange weld is carried out according to its relative flange standard.

4The nozzle in front view expresses relative elevation only, and its actual direction sees bearing diagram.

5After manufacturing equipment shell, holding water to test leakage, after leakage testing qualified, it paints two times of anti-rust paint outside.

The equipment has been applied in An Steel Group Engineering Technology LLC 8.24-9 Chemical 12-1Project.
